Demo Terms

This is a private demonstration of Back Shop HQ, software owned by Violet Crown Group LLC (“we”). You're getting access by personal invitation so you can evaluate it. By using it you agree to these terms.

  1. Evaluation only. You may use the demo to see how the software works and decide whether you want to work with us. That's the only permission you get; everything else stays ours.
  2. No copying or rebuilding. You won't copy, record, scrape, download or reproduce the software, its screens, workflows, text, help content or code, and you won't reverse engineer it or use it (yourself, through someone else, or with AI or automated tools) to design, build or describe a product that does the same thing.
  3. Confidential. What you see here isn't public. Don't share your link, screenshots or details with anyone outside your own business without our written OK.
  4. Your link is yours. Your invitation link signs you in; keep it to yourself. We can see when it's used, and we can withdraw access at any time.
  5. Made-up data. Every customer, job and file in the demo is fictional, nothing is printed or emailed, and the demo resets every night. Don't enter real customer information.
  6. As is. The demo is provided as is, without any warranty, and we're not liable for anything arising from your use of it.
  7. Not a Minuteman Press product. Back Shop HQ is an independent product. It isn't made, endorsed, sponsored or supported by Minuteman Press International or any other franchisor, and it isn't part of any franchise agreement or franchise system.
  8. Texas law. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
